The College of Staten Island High School's Graduate Profile consists a list of categories that outlines what each student strives to achieve. Every student who attends CSI High School will graduate prepared to compete in the 21st century. As a Sophomore, I feel that I have grown towards these goals. This semester, our project relates to this Graduate Profile.
Because of this project, and our Global Technology class, I have become more of an Effective User of Technology. I use technology, such as this blog, g-mail, and deviantart, to communicate and work across national and regional boundaries. I'm experienced in using a number of technological tools, like iMovie, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Powerpoint, for communication, presentation and data analysis. I'm also experienced in using important computer and communication technologies, such as aim, and show an understanding of the appropriate applications, like WordPerfect. Futhermore, our project has related to our school's Graduated Profile and has helped me become more of an Effective User of Technology.
